Don’t worry if you’re not used to being in front of the camera! For engagement sessions, I’ll guide you through poses to capture your connection naturally. On your wedding day, I’ll blend in like a fly on the wall, stepping in only when needed to capture candid, beautiful moments that preserve the memory of your day forever.

Delivering photos

 

Your photos will be professionally edited and delivered in a private gallery with a downloadable link for you and your friends & family to enjoy and share. The average turnaround time for engagement galleries is 2-4 weeks and weddings galleries is 8-12 weeks.

ENGAGEMENT & WEDDING FAQ

 

How far in advance should we book?

ENGAGEMENTS: I recommend booking 3-5 weeks in advance to ensure you get your preferred date, time, and location - especially during peak seasons like spring and fall when availability fills quickly.


WEDDINGS: It’s best to book several months in advance (often 6–12 months ahead), as dates are limited and tend to be reserved early. This also allows enough time for proper planning and coordination leading up to your day.

Can you help us choose a location?

ENGAGEMENTS: Absolutely - for engagement sessions, there are a few places in the GTA I am already familiar with but if you have a particular place in mind please feel free to let me know and we can plan something together!

What time of day is the best for photos?

ENGAGEMENTS: One of the most requested time is during golden hour (shortly after sunrise or just before sunset). This creates a natural, cinematic look with beautiful skin tones and minimal harsh shadows.

Great photos can be captured at any time of day and we can work with the conditions we're provided. If your schedule is limited, I’ll adjust the location, angles, and lighting to ensure the best possible results in any conditions.

Do I have to pay in advance?

ENGAGEMENTS: Yes, a $100 deposit is required to reserve your engagement time slot. This deposit is applied toward your total session fee, with the remaining balance due before photo delivery.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new date with at least a 72-hour notice. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.


WEDDINGS: Yes, a $1000 deposit is required to reserve my services for your wedding day. This deposit is applied toward your total fee, with the remaining balance due before photo delivery.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be refunded with at least one week (7 days) notice. Cancellations made with less than 7 day notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.

Can I bring friends to my engagement session?

ENGAGEMENTS: Absolutely, I actually encourage it. Bringing a friend can help you feel more comfortable and confident, and they can assist with things like hair adjustment and making sure your smile is on point. They'll make the experience even more enjoyable.

Can we bring multiple outfits?

ENGAGEMENTS: The Legacy Package provides enough time for multiple outfit changes!

I suggest a classic formal outfit, a casual or unique outfit that means something to you two, and a cultural outfit.

The Signature Package provides enough time for up to 2 outfit changes as well.

If you want any input on what outfits would be nice, please feel free to ask away!

Can I get all the raw photos?

ENGAGEMENTS & WEDDINGS: Raw files are not provided, as they are unprocessed and do not reflect the final quality or style of my work. Each image is carefully selected and professionally edited to ensure a consistent, high-quality result that represents my brand.

Can we book our wedding after the engagement session?

Absolutely! If you're very pleased with your engagement photographs then we can discuss the details of how I can apply that same creativity to capture your special day.

How long are galleries available?

ENGAGEMENTS & WEDDINGS: The digital online galleries are available for up to 1 full year. Photos should be downloaded by the clients and stored somewhere reliable immediately, upon delivery. Should any adjustments be made to your gallery's link, you will be contacted with an update.

Any request to re-send the photos after the 1-year link expiry will be processed with a $50 fee if the photos are still retrievable.

Where are we allowed to post our photos?

You're allowed to post your photos wherever you like!

Instagram, invites, wedding website, announcements, etc.

I can also design a personal Instagram carousel post which would include the best photos from the session/wedding so you can share it with your friends and followers - free of charge!

Are there any other fees that aren't listed above?

If free parking is not available for the location, parking must be covered by client. This payment will be included in the final invoice.
